Choco, Leif, Hammy, Mean Cowboy, Shiba
Discord’s stellar design team got in touch because they were launching a new feature: Stickers! This was the second set of projects, six different packs, each consisting of 15- 30 character emotions.
These stickers feature new characters- Choco, inspired by a real-life bir that belongs to an artist on the Discord team. Leif was second- he’s a character that things never work out quite like he hoped. Hammy, a Hamster- this one has a slightly different cleaner style with a very well fed hamster. Mean cowboy and his horse pal living their lives with heart on their sleeves. Shiba- an anime inspired, memes galore Shiba Inu. Finally we did an extra pack featuring choco- because he’s a Discord favourite using words called “Choco” says.

Discord came to us with character studies ad emote ideas, and we adapted them for animation. These characters were so fun to create, and their team was a dream to work with!
In-App Banners
For the Discord marketplace, each sticker pack needed a banner too. They needed to encapsulate the fun of the pack- but it was also fun to come up with some scenes to connect the different emotions and scenes together!
